MY DIFFUSER IS NOT WORKING
If your diffuser does not work, the first step is to make sure its properly plugged in.
If it's plugged in, and the lights nor mist will turn on and you have already wet the stick, then wet the other side of the stick and insert back into the unit and press the power button.
WHY IS MY DIFFUSER NOT MISTING STRONG?
If the water level is too high or too low, the diffuser will not mist properly. Fill the diffuser to just below the max fill line.
HOW MAY DROPS OF OIL IS NEEDED FOR MY 300ML DIFFUSER?
At least 9 to 12 drops
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A DIFFUSER TO START MISTING?
You can start seeing mist diffusing immediately, but you can see it coming out at full capacity after a few minutes.
